Happy Friday, and happy October!
I hope you’re ready for a corker of a round up – I’ve put together this exciting list of twenty, yes you heard right, twenty small businesses and creatives who are giving us pumpkin to talk about, and using every trick-or-treat in the books with their spooky products! So bow down witches for a boo-tiful (sorry) combination of ceramics, crochet, embroidery, laser cutting and more – it’ll be love at first bite! (I am available all season for more puns, hit me up.)
1. LOTTA’S HOUSE
First up is this freehand machine embroidered ghost decoration by Lotta’s House, plus it can be personalised!
And if you can’t get enough of Charlotte’s work, head over to her Creative Q&A from back in June!
2. ADAM CERAMIC
If you’re a fan of The Great Pottery Throw Down, you’ll undoubtably already be a fan of Adam, who was one of this year’s finalists. He has been busy creating these gorgeous gourds – I’m in love!
3. ALL THE DISCOS
Here’s another super duper maker who has featured on Janey with her Creative Q&A (have a read here!), and has now brought out this gloriously glittery Halloween range!
4. TILLY BOBBIN
More free machine embroidery goodness, this time by talented Victoria of Tilly Bobbin!
5. LOVE GEMMA AND CO
I’ve got my eye on one of these beauties by Gemma – made of eco-composite material Jesmonite.
6. JADE MUAT DODD
Illustrator Jade has a whole halloween section on her website – good luck choosing just one piece… you’re welcome.
7. GLOSTERS POTTERY
Glosters Pottery’s autumnal range was super popular, and it is clear to see why – just look at the finish on these ceramics!
8. MELROSE MAKES
Lil ghosties and flowers in resin?? Um, yes please? And how adorable are these clay pumpkin studs?!
9. LE BON CANDLES
After a lil feature in my Wedding Edit, I can’t get Le Bon candles’ wares out of my head, and look at their new pumpkins!
10. LITTLE PIG JEWELLERY DESIGN
Marvellous jewellery designer Emma creates these pastel cutie patooties out of acrylic!
11. FLAT 102
Screen printed wood or cut out paper letters – what will you choose from Steph’s spooky collection?
12. FAT POM POMS
If you’re a regular around here, you’ll know that Jess of Fat Pompoms is one of my faves to feature, but one look at her work and you’re sure to understand why!
13. OH SEW ROSIE
Kathryn’s shop is peg doll heaven, is there no limit to what she can do in miniature form??
14. HAPPY STUFF STUDIO
Victoria’s work is honestly such a source of joy, I’d recommend giving her a follow on Instagram for beautiful cheesy grins and a whole lot of fun.
15. ALL HER GLORY
Here’s another fabulous creative who I featured on the wedding edit, this time however I’m more interested in Louby’s spooky decor!
16: DAISY CHAIN MAKES
Crochet wiz Lizzie is a genius with a hook – orders are pretty busy but her shop reopens this morning, so get in quick!
17. SEW LA TEA DOH
We may have missed the window this year for these absolute beauties, but I couldn’t not include them in this round-up! Amanda is well worth a follow though for her creations all year round!
18: ROSE WIRE DESIGNS
Looking for something a little different? How about this wire wall art from Rosewire Designs to spook up your space?
19: LULUQ STUDIO
Now that Halloween parties are a-go, compared to last year’s very different plans, these cake toppers are a perfect addition to your decor!
20: TILLY AND PRIMROSE
Holly uses a marvellous mix of felt and laser cut wood to make these decorations which will take you through the whole of autumn and beyond!
So fangs for the memories, and for reading this week! Happy trick or treating, and don’t forget the boos!
Psssst… this weekend is Super Seconds Saturday, run by Sophie of Ink and Bear- read all about it here, and have a peek at my feature of the event here. Show your support using the hashtag on Instagram!
