Hiya! Welcome back for part 2 of the round up! Last week I went through the first half of all of the posts that the last year has seen on Janey (if you missed it, have a read here), so let’s finish up!
Again, I’ll include Instagram handles and links to shops on the Creative Q&A posts, and also links to the original write ups, just in case you missed them the first time around, or are keen to read again!
First, we’ll rewind back to Valentine’s Day…
Whether it be for a brand new flame, a long term lover, or an excellent & deserving Galentine, this round up probably includes the ‘shop small’ Valentine’s card for you. This post involves 4 categories: Feeling Cheeky (cards on the funnier side); Show The Love (if you’re feeling more of a sentimental vibe); Galentine’s (because your superwomen deserve some attention too) and Something Extra (just 3 more small businesses who made products to go along with your chosen card!).

It was back to the Creative Q&A next, with a chat to Amy, who is the creative brain and crochet expert behind The Cotton Shop.
I spoke to Bethan of Little Lucciola, who uses a multitude of techniques and skills to create beautiful miniature versions of your favourite children’s homewares.
This was a super exciting one – I was lucky enough to speak to brilliant Bert, owner of art and homeware brand Bert & Buoy. Its a good-un!
Mother’s Day was creeping up on us, so I put together a shopping guide for cards, which included 10 makers and small businesses who had us covered. I made sure to try to steer away from traditional choices just for mums, and also included pieces for any superwomen who deserve a thank you!

Back with a Creative Q&A, and this time it was mega talented illustrator Georgia.
More girl power here with Laura – illustrator of fun, colourful and empowering pieces.
Print and graphic designer Emma spoke to me about her inspirations and beautiful sunny colour palettes.
The sibling dream team, made up of Rachel and Siobhan, spoke to me about their fab shop: The Modern Crafter, which provides contemporary embroidery and needle punch kits.
Greetings card and gift designer Lucy and I had a chat about the techniques she uses and what makes her smile.
Friday 16th April brought something a little different for the Creative Q&As – I spoke to Jenni, who creates plastic free, natural beauty products.
Kate, of eco brand Stellen, creates fun jewellery to make you smile, using offcuts and reclaimed materials.
Super Seconds Saturday is an online craft fair which happens twice a year, and is a place for a ton of wonderful businesses to sell their seconds/old stock/misprints at reduced prices.
I spoke to Sophie, who runs the event!
The next Super Seconds Saturday is on 2nd October!
I am a huuuge fan of bold jewellery, so I put together a list of 15 makers and small businesses who create pieces to make you beam!

Here was the first Monthly Rundown – I decided to begin a series, where on the last Friday of every month, I look back at any new small businesses I have discovered; what I’ve been making; who I’ve bought from etc. I think it is a really nice way to reflect on the last few weeks, and to share with you guys!
Similarly to Mother’s Day back in March, here I put together a compilation of 15 small businesses who are selling cards for Father’s Day. Again, I made sure to include options fit for Dads, Step-Dads, like-a-Dads and even pet Dads.

Woohoo – back to Creative Q&As!
Here is my chat with Becky – founder of candle company Hazel and Blue.
Brimming with positivity, Charlotte, of Lotta’s House, creates beautiful embroidered products for the home.
And just like that it was the end of June – here I had a look back on a month of ever changing weather and bunches of peonies!
I spoke to fabulous Steph, who always brings the sparkle to any dance floor!
If cheeky embroidery is your jam, then Melody of Curious Twist has your back! We spoke all things cross stitch and embroidery threads in this Creative Q&A.
I got right into the summer spirit with this collection of small businesses offering accessories for your sunny outside spaces!

July was filled with much missed social plans and more small business love!
Letterpress expert Vicki and I had a chat about her beautiful work, and why she chooses the more traditional methods of printing.
And finally, number 49 was a chat to Jess of Tiny Sunshine, and what a way to finish! This creative whiz always brings the sunshine with her ceramic makes.
So there you have it! I’ve really really enjoyed looking back at the first 50 posts on Janey – I’m super proud of how it has grown, and so grateful to all of the creatives who have taken the time to chat to me and answer all of my questions!
I’m mega pumped for the next 50 – is there anything new you’d like to see? Or something you’d like to see more of? Let me know!
Have a fabby week, I’ll see you again here next time with another Creative Q&A!
